At Body Confidence Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and general fulfillment procedures. Please review this policy carefully.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only for pre-paid coaching packages or individual sessions that meet the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- The session or package has not been partially or fully used.
Non-Refundable Items
- Payments made for completed sessions or services already rendered.
- Any digital products, downloadable materials, or resources provided in the coaching package.
How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email us at info@noble-being.com with your full name, payment details, and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
For Individual Sessions
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
For Subscriptions and Packages
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are only available if the cancellation is requested within the first 14 days of the subscription and no sessions have been used.
- For multi-session packages, cancellations are eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of unused sessions, provided they are made within the package’s validity period.

Fulfillment of Services
Scheduling and Delivery
- All coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.
- Sessions will be delivered via video conferencing platform or in person, as agreed upon during booking.
Technical Issues
- If technical issues occur during a session, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsible for ensuring availability at the scheduled time and providing accurate contact information for session delivery.
